About Me
Marie Simonian is a 3D Animator, CG Generalist, and Director. With a passion for both art and technology, Marie was originally drawn to computer animation for its blend of artistic and technical skills. She is proficient in many parts of the 3D pipeline, including modeling, rigging, animation, and lighting/compositing. As her skillset grew, her passion for storytelling also grew. In addition to her animation classes, she decided to study screenwriting and film. Marie eventually went on to write and direct The Color of Rain, a 3D animated short film. This film allowed her to use her CG Generalist skills as well as her knowledge of story, film, and artistry.
