I never expected design to feel like this; like a home for my thoughts, a way to finally understand people and myself. I used to think success meant a safe, corporate job. But there was this part of me that just wanted to create. I get that from my grandmother. She spent her life painting, not for money or fame, but because she loved it. Every time I design, I remember all the little sacrifices she made so I could have this chance. I don’t need to change the world; I just want to add something beautiful back into it.
