Isabel Buriel

Isabel Buriel is a visual development artist and illustrator with a love for experimentation. She has participated in many projects, including her role as stop-motion fabrication lead for her capstone film, Static Butterfly (2026). She is most fulfilled when her work sheds light on important topics and stories. Her love of engaging with others inspired her to make her own children’s book, which she plans to pitch to agents post-grad! When Isabel is not working on her own projects, she can be found instructing emerging artists at Drawn 2 Art in SoCal and supporting artists at markets and music shows.
